Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All in-stock orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM MT may be processed same day.

Domestic Shipping

Carriers & Options

  • We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2-5 business days, includes tracking, insurance of $100, ability to purchase additional insurance up to $5,000.
  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday), includes tracking, insurance of $100, ability to purchase additional insurance up to $5,000.
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday), includes tracking, insurance of $100, ability to purchase additional insurance up to $50,000.

  • Shipments depart Monday–Friday (no shipping on U.S. holidays).

Tracking and Insurance

  • Tracking: All domestic orders include tracking. Orders ≥ $499 require signature at delivery.
  • Insurance: For all USPS and UPS shipments, insurance up to $100 is included. Customers can purchase additional insurance for high-value orders by contacting Fussy’s Card Den at [email protected] before we ship your order.
  • Signature Requirements: Domestic UPS/USPS orders ≥ $499 require signature confirmation at delivery (no extra charge if order ≥ $499; otherwise, $2.55–$5.25 fee). Email at Fussy’s Card Den at [email protected] before we ship your order.

Packaging and Handling

  • Singles, Graded Cards, and Packs: Items such as individual cards, graded cards, and sealed booster packs are typically secured using protective materials like top loaders, team bags, and semi-rigid sleeves. These are then placed in bubble mailers or similar packaging to prevent bending and surface damage. Packaging methods may vary based on the item's value and fragility to ensure optimal protection during transit.
  • Boxes & Bulk Orders: For larger items—including booster boxes, hobby boxes, memorabilia, or multiple cards/packs that don't fit safely in a mailer—we generally use sturdy corrugated boxes with appropriate cushioning materials (e.g., packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or paper fill) to minimize movement and protect corners. Packaging approaches may be adjusted based on the specific contents and shipping requirements.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is not offered at this time.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping information is correct. FussysCardDen.com is not responsible for misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses; additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply.
  • Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs holds, weather disruptions, or natural disasters. Customers may track shipments and contact carriers directly for status updates.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify FussysCardDen.com within 10 days of the estimated delivery date; insurance claims will be filed on behalf of the customer when appropriate.<.li>
