All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with our returns procedures.
To request a return, contact customer support ([email protected]) within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, return shipments must be postmarked within seven calendar days.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect:
Upon receipt and inspection of an authorized return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit, less any shipping charges, within 7–10 business days.
You may cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled by contacting customer support. Cancellations of preorders may incur a 10% cancellation fee.
