What products do you sell?
We offer trading cards (singles, packs, boxes), memorabilia, and group break spots for sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and other collectible games.
How do I place an order?
Browse products, add desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter payment and shipping details. Confirmation and order status will be emailed to you.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, and store credit for purchases.
How can I track my order?
An estimated delivery date and tracking information are available in your account’s Order History. You will also receive automated tracking notifications via email.
What is a group break and how does it work?
A group break allows multiple collectors to share the cost of a case or box by purchasing spots for teams or random assignments; the host opens the products live and distributes cards based on spots purchased.
How do I join a group break?
Visit our “Group Breaks” page, select a group break product, add desired spots to cart (select individual teams if Pick Your Team – “PYT” option), and complete checkout. You will receive details on break date/time and viewing instructions.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items are authorized within 48 hours of delivery; once received and inspected.
What if my order is missing or damaged?
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
